Cebu Real Estate Booming

I head that Pag-Ibig Fund in Cebu City this 2010 is going to target 300,000 members or more. This will surely be a good thing for many of the Cebuanos then. I just don’t know how they will ever do that. Tying up with local government units is one path they will be taking as mentioned. Another will be to tie up with real estate developers too.|There are two tie ups coming in for Pag-Ibig Mutual Fund. Local government units and real estate developers will have their part of these deals. This is having in mind that Pag-Ibig Fund would like to get 300 thousand members at the end of this year. That is 2010. Pagi-Ibig Mutual Fund is really beefing up its efforts to make it very well for this year.

The booming of Cebu real estate hass an important role too for “CeBoom” (Cebu Boom) as many call it.

If things will work out well as they have planned, let us hope that this increase of available funds will eventually help provide more housing loans for many Cebuanos in the very near future. The time is now. And they have struck the iron well when it is hot.

Now that SM Prime Holdings Inc. seemed to at last signed a deal with the Cebu City Government, then this must really be a sign that Cebu real estate is booming.

This boom is also hoped to bring more employment to the people and more opportunities for business and enterprise. With the coming completion of The Radisson Blu Hotel scheduled in March, this will be something to look forward too. Tourists might flock and employment rate increasing.

“Cebu’s well-managed economy is said to be one of the reasons why the company is investing projects in the city”. The peace and order in Cebu plays also a very important role in its progress and stability.

So that is two big entities there: Pag-Ibig Fund and SM Prime Holdings - what would be next?

Watch Movie On PSP

Would you like to watch movie on PSP? It is a really easy thing to do, but for some reason a lot of people don’t know how to watch movie on PSP. There is no need to be unsure as it is only a four step process you need in order to be able to watch movie on your Sony PSP.

Step 1-

Ensure that your PSP has been switched off, and connect it to your computer. A USB cable is needed to be able to do this. As soon as you have made the connection, switch the PSP on.

Step 2-

Pick up the PSP and go into the settings menu. As soon as you are there, push the X button, which links the PSP to the computer. You may have to wait a bit for the computer and the PSP to recognize each other, but as soon as it has happened go to the computer and look in My Computer. Your PSP should now be visible, just as an external hard drive or something like flash memory would.

Step 3-

Still with the computer, go into the PSP, access the memory stick, and open the folder titled PSP. As soon as you are in there make another folder, and call it MP_ROOT, and another one which should be called 100mnv01.

Step 4-

Before you can watch movies on a PSP you need to convert them to MP4 format. Later on in the article, you will find out where to get software for converting DVDs to MP4s. As long as you have the MP4s saved to the computer, all you need to do is save the MP4s that you intend to watch into the folder you just made called 100mnv01. As soon as that is done, you just need to click on each movie inside that folder, with the PSP itself, and they should start playing from there.

That is that you have to do to be able to watch movie on PSP. The only other thing you will definitely need is some software to rip the movies from the DVDs and convert them to MP4, and you will find a link below which will take you to a page where software like this is reviewed. The ones which have been reviewed here not only convert to MP4, but they also let you download unlimited PSP games as well!

Comparing Nikon 24-120mm and 24-70mm Zoom Lens

The latest Nikon 24-70mm zoom lens is the most distinct normal zoom ever manufactured by Nikon. It is clearly leaps and bounds ahead in clarity, sharpness and bokeh. On the other hand, we expect that since it is one of the latest and it is on the expensive side.

The Nikon 24-70mm zoom lens is so significant to the extent that it can zoom in and be crisp at f/2.8 and without any darkening in the corners on full-frame. No vignetting at all is present even at wide open apertures. The 24-70mm is also clearly noticeable from its optically excellent predecessors its lack of klunk factor. The 24-70 doesn’t get in your way. The 24-70 is an exquisite hunk of solid metal that just makes pictures with no fiddling. It feels as if it was hewn from a single solid ingot.

So it is only common one would ask “how good is the Nikon 24-120mm,” This Nikkor has a variable maximum aperture that ranges from f/3.5 at 24mm to f/5.6 at 120mm. However, it’s already f/5.3 by 70mm and f/5.6 by 85mm, so there isn’t a lot of focal length range that has a “fast” aperture. This is a “slow” lens and the viewfinder will be faint most of the time. The minimum aperture is f/22 at the wide end, f/38 at 120mm. Since this is a G-type lens, there is no aperture ring. (G-type lenses are basically D-type lenses without an aperture ring.) Focusing can be as close as 1.6 feet (.5m) at any zoom setting. No depth of field or infrared focus index marks are provided. The IF in the name indicates that it is an internal focus lens, meaning the front element does not rotate during zoom or focus. The ED shows that two of the elements are made of Nikon’s unique extra-low dispersion glass. As with all ED lenses, the lens often focuses past infinity under normal temperature conditions.

The manual zoom and focus rings are separate, and easily distinguished. As seems to be Nikon’s new custom with consumer lenses, the focus ring is the one closer to the camera (the zoom ring is at the front of the lens). The lens uses 72mm accessories, which is a hassle, as Nikon’s guidelines for most lenses are 62mm or 77mm. That means you’ll probably want to pick up a 72-77mm step-up ring if you use other serious Nikon optics. There are 15 elements in 13 groups. The Nikon DSLR lens formula is about average in number of elements for a modern aspherical design. Check out what Nikon DSLR cameras work best with these lenses.
